Visitor Regulations PROVADA 2025
We are delighted that you plan to visit PROVADA. To ensure your safety, we have taken the necessary measures in various ways.
PROVADA will be held at the RAI Amsterdam in halls 10, 11, and 12 via Entrance C.
PROVADA is open on Tuesday, June 17, Wednesday, June 18, and Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Tickets and Registration
Ticket sales and registration are done online. You must register online in advance (this is mandatory).
Your ticket is valid for one person and grants access to PROVADA 2025 for three days.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.*
Image and Sound Recordings
PROVADA reserves the right to make image and/or sound recordings during the event. Visitors shall not make any copyright or other objections to the publication of these recordings and should be aware that other visitors may also make image and/or sound recordings.
Meetings/Media Activities
As a visitor, it is not permitted to organize meetings or (media) activities.

Dutch law and the norms and values commonly observed in the Netherlands apply at PROVADA. During your visit, please be mindful of your own safety, the safety and property of others, and that of the RAI and PROVADA. Avoid dangerous situations and always treat others with respect.
If you act in violation of the law, norms, instructions, or guidelines, you may be denied further access to the event, without any right to a refund of your ticket. You enter the PROVADA event at your own risk. PROVADA accepts no liability.
